Shaun is the co‑founder and Strategic Lead Director of BeGreen Cleaning, shaping the customer experience and guiding the future direction of the business. He works closely with clients to understand their needs, support workplace wellbeing goals, and align cleaning solutions with their sustainability priorities.

His focus is simple: People, Planet, and Profit — delivered in harmony. Shaun remains hands‑on with hygienic service delivery, ensuring he fully understands every task and setting.

John Smith

Operational Excellence Director & Co‑Founder

John ensures every service is delivered precisely, safely, and consistently. He leads operational excellence across all client sites, making sure standards remain high and services are tailored to each workplace. His lifelong friendship with Shaun forms the foundation of BeGreen’s values.

John leads a highly trained, motivated team, all committed to delivering exceptional cleaning with minimal environmental impact.
